The Dublin Borough Police Department is committed to protecting the lives, property, and quality of life of the residents, businesses, and visitors of Dublin Borough through professional service, integrity, accountability, and community partnerships.
The department strives to build strong relationships within the community while providing fair, impartial, and effective law enforcement services. Officers actively engage with residents through community events, educational programs and public outreach initiatives designed to foster trust and strengthen the partnership between the department and the people it serves.
The department provides a wide range of services, including patrol operations, criminal investigations, traffic enforcement, accident response, community policing programs and house checks for residents who are away from home. The department works closely with neighboring agencies and emergency responders to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in the community.
The Dublin Borough Police Department is proud to maintain accreditation through the Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission (PLEAC) and the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association. Accreditation is a rigorous process that evaluates an agency’s policies, procedures, training, and overall operations to ensure compliance with nationally recognized professional standards. Fewer than 15% of law enforcement agencies in Pennsylvania have achieved accredited status, reflecting the department’s ongoing commitment to professionalism, accountability, and excellence in public service.
