The Dublin Borough Planning Commission plays an important role in guiding the future growth, development, and preservation of the Borough.
The Commission provides recommendations to Borough Council on matters related to land use, planning, zoning, and community development in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
The Planning Commission reviews proposed plans, subdivision and land development applications, zoning-related matters, and other projects that may impact the community. Through careful review and thoughtful discussion, the Commission helps ensure that future development is consistent with the Borough’s goals, ordinances, and long-term vision.
Members of the Planning Commission are appointed by Borough Council and serve as dedicated volunteers who contribute their time and expertise to help maintain the character, quality of life, and responsible growth of Dublin Borough.
The Planning Commission meets regularly as needed. Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend meetings and participate in the planning process that helps shape the future of our community.
