Payments

Dublin Borough offers the convenience of making certain payments online. Residents and applicants may submit payments for items such as building applications, zoning applications, sign applications, moving permits, and utility payments through the online payment system.

Please note that any required application or supporting documentation must be submitted to the Borough at the same time as the online payment. Payment alone does not constitute a completed application submission.

The online payment system allows for one-time payments only and does not offer the ability to create or maintain an account. A $4.95 convenience fee applies to all transactions.

Residents may also choose ACH (electronic check), which is available at no cost.
